The Growing Roots and Family Christmas Tour 2024 - Benefit Concert
Corinth Reformed Church, 129 100th St SE, Byron Center, MI 49315, Byron Center, MI
On December 10th, we're honored to be coming alongside the Bogardus family, a local homeschooling family that will be spending their first Christmas without their much-loved husband and father. Todd Bogardus passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in June, leaving behind his wife Deborah, their five children (plus a son-in-law), and three grandchildren. Three of Todd and Deborah's children are still of school age, the youngest being only seven. Todd was a hard-working, fun-loving husband, dad and grandpa that loved Jesus and his family well. We would love to honor his legacy by blessing his family ABUNDANTLY, just in time for Christmas! This is a FREE concert to attend, and a Love Offering will be taken for the Bogardus family. Our prayer is that the body of Christ (and West Michigan's homeschooling community in general) will wrap their arms around this hurting family as they navigate their new normal. We are very thankful to Corinth Reformed Church for their generosity in hosting this event. 🩷 Please SHARE this event and INVITE your friends and family to attend! The Growing Roots and Family Christmas Tour 2024 is a bit of everything all rolled into one: rock band, jazz band, traditional carols, bluegrass, classical ensembles, musical theater, cuteness, quality and fun...including impressive harmonies and about 35 different instruments...performed entirely by ONE FAMILY! While The Growing Roots is a duo throughout the year, at Christmastime, the 23-years-married performers enlist the talents of SEVEN of their kids (ages 3-19) to put on a holiday concert you won't soon forget. These kids and their musical abilities get more impressive every year; they not only sing but most of them play three, four or even five different instruments. Come celebrate the season with The Growing Roots and Family! You'll be happy you did.
